Location and Services

Insurance

Dr. Morris participates in several insurance and managed care plans.

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking your insurance plan the following questions:

• Do I have mental health benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• What is my co-pay?
• How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
• Is Liberty Psychological Services/Rebecca Morris, Ph.D. an in-network provider?If not, how much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician? If so, please request it.
• Is prior authorization required by my insurance plan? If so, please request it.

Rates and Payment

$140 for initial 50-minute session; $95 for 45- to 50-minute follow-up sessions

Cancellation Policy

If you cannot make it to your scheduled appointment please give 24 hours notice. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, a $40 cancellation fee will be required.
